The end!
Haha. Woooooooosh! Hahahahaah. OMGGGGGGG. The submission of CRA and SAPM project today. 2 horrendously scary projects. Haha. Hmm. I didn’t think I actually did as well as I should have done. Like sort of overly lazy and low achievement rate or something. Haha. The project members were great. Haha. They did so much haha =\. Gosh. I think I kinda talked alot, but did very little this semester. Hahah. Oh well.
Immediately after submission, you could see the faces of the people around you relax a little. Such a good sight to enjoy. Hahaha. Hmm. We ate at Ding-Tai-Fung today. Hahah. After that we all headed home already. Lololol.
Hohohoho. I’m gonna start a spurt of study time already. None of the lecturers sent me anything yet though. Hahah.

Haha. Recently keep becoming sick. I’ve decided, I cannot be such a weak person. Like…. not…. reliable…..
SO! I shall make an attempt to realllly gain weight. So first up is to increase my appetite by:
1. Add cinnamon to your food. Cinnamon stimulates your appetite naturally. Add a little to your cocoa or combine it with a little sugar and sprinkle it over buttered toast for a tasty treat. Other spices that increase appetite are ginger, peppermint and anise.
2. Drink a small glass of fruit juice half an hour before your meal. The sugar in fruit juice causes a spike, followed by a decline in your blood sugar
that triggers your appetite.
3. Eat just before you go to bed. Consuming food at night increases the release of insulin and stimulates your appetite. However, doing this every night will also increase your metabolism
. Try eating late at night only once every 3 to 4 days. – OMG. ALL MY NASILEMAK AND BREAD FOR NAUGHT. I DO IT EVERYDAY! ARGHHHH.
4. Try eating a little more food than you actually want at each meal. As your stomach stretches, your appetite will increase accordingly.
Apparently less fibre more calories!
So now I’ve a plan. Just have to be a little disciplined. And I think I’ll get what I want.

So what made me start this. The idea of “If there’s a problem, let me fix it”. Hahaha. Yea. Randomly came out of my head. As compared to “There’s a problem”.
Yeaaaaaa. What a self-motivational day! HAHA. 5hours to sleep. Gotta wake up for DHL.
